She oversees the administrative operations of Elebeauty, including digital marketing strategy across Google and Meta, as well as payments and collections management. She is also responsible for CRM management and operational coordination to ensure efficient processes and an organized patient experience.

Member of IMMPC, ASEM, and ECHOES.

Managing & Coordinator

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with training in sales and patient care within the medical aesthetics sector. She has been part of the team for several years, actively contributing to the development of patient acquisition strategies, care protocols, and operational tools that enhance the overall patient experience.

She specializes in patient itinerary coordination, and consultation and sales closing processes, standing out for her experience in strategically guiding patients throughout their entire journey

Patient Coordinator

Professional with extensive experience in the medical field, specializing in customer service and patient care. Throughout her career, she has developed strong skills in patient guidance and support, providing attentive, organized, and service-oriented care.

She is currently part of the Elebeauty team, where she assists in patient consultation and follow-up for aesthetic procedures, helping ensure a clear, informative, and personalized experience throughout the process.
